We are pleased to annouce Dylar IV (http://www.kenmusgrave.com/planet.jpg), only habitable planet in the Dylarian system has decided to join the Trans-System Authority after much debate.
Representatives from Dylar IV and the TSA will hold a final meeting and hopefully a ceremony later today, which will take place on the TSA flag ship NS Eclipse.
Dylar Four is the most populace and largest world which has joined the TSA.

"Detecting TSA ship NS Eclipse, dropping into normal space, incoming at 5,000mph, they are entering orbit... hmmm, that's odd, they are about 10,000 kilometers away from the co-ordinates we gave them..."

"Hail them"

"No response, cycling through all frequecnies....I'm getting something... wait I've lost it..... attempting to re-sync.... I've got it"

"I REPEAT, THIS IS THE TSA SH...*STATIC* ...ECLIPSE REQUESTING IM....*STATIC* ASSITAN...*STATIC* CODE THREE IN PROG.. ARGH!! *screeching* *high pitched growl* *STATIC*"

"I've lost the signal..."

"Code Three... that's intruder alert.... Where's our shuttle?"

"Still on the pad, sir"

"Get me the commander of the launch facility's Marine detachment "

"Channel Open"

"Listen up! I want you to commandeer that shuttle craft, take your best Marines and dock with the NS Eclipse in orbit they have an incursion in progress, unknown number of intruders, your mission is to assist in any way possible, we have no communication other than that there is a code three in progress,"

"Acknowleged, we will launch in 4 minutes, I've already gpot my men suited up/."

"Godspeed, and Good Luck"

The shuttle took off at 1324 local time with 8 marines and a pilot, and made it's way toward the ship which was in a precarious orbit. It would take some time before the small shuttle could catch up with the vessel which was orbiting at high speed, but the pilot could already see a huge gash in the side of the great ship, greenish-yellow plant like material seemed to be "growing" along the sides of the hole and covering parts of the hull and interior.........

Dylarian shuttle we have you on short range sensors please dock on the first starboard node and be cautious of debris.

The marine pilot manevered into position, being careful to avoid floating hunks of debri, including hull plating and.... dead human bodies.

"What the hell happened?" asked one of the Dylarian Marines as he jumped down from the decompression chamber.

"Something hit us, something big, maybe an asteroid or a small ship we don't know... Just as we were getting into sensor range of the system it impacted the port side of the hull at high speed, blew right through the armor on multiple decks, we lost about 40 to 60 people in the impact, blown into space or cut to ribbions by shrapnel.....
Internal defenses went down shortly after we detected life forms, a bunch of them, non-humanoid, small, fast... ugly.
They cut or chewed through wires in one of the main sensor relay condiuts so we can't track them unless they come to this section of the ship where the relays are still up."

"Well what are you guys waiting for why dont we just obliterate these creatures"

"It's not that simple sir, they are intelligent, and they are "growing" some type of structure in our cargo bay. They also have set up defenses which shoot some kind of poisonus bile, we've lost 16 men to these structures alone. They are also competent fighters, sneaking up behind my men, they will bite the hamstring and then slash the neck with thier claws. This almost always kills the subject. I've lost 12 men this way already, we've only been able to kill 4 or 5 of them so far, they are just too fucking fast. I have one of the alien's bodies over here if you want to take a look.."

"Uugh that's nasty , I've never seen anything like it"

The creature was about the size of a medium sized dog but with 8 inch claws, 4 inch fangs and yellow eyes which seemed to glow eriely, even though it was long dead. Green, orange and yellow fluid was oozing out of the wounds onto the table and the floor, while a crewman examined its internal structure and took out odd shaped organs...
