This however does not apply for handicapt people and women wich have the same military and other wise rights but are not required if caring for a family member or child and includes child birth, other wise of the acceptions listed above women are required to serve in the military after 6 years of graduation and all bums and welfare users are either required to accuire a job or serve in the military.
