After North Germania gave the territory of North Dakota to the Armed Republic of Soviet Bloc, ARSB forces stationed in Kriegorgrad immediately left the ground to secure their new territory. Using aerial passage rights granted by Layarteb and North Germania, the air flotilla passed over and circled around over North Dakota. Soviet Bloc airborne infantry forces parachuted into the area, landing near Williston, Minot, Dickinson, Mandan, Bottineau, Rugby, Grand Forks, Fargo, Lisbon, and Napoleon. Airborne armor forces also parachuted into the state near Williston, Devil's Lake, and Fargo.

Air Force C-214s and C-380s landed at Fargo's Hector International Airport, depositing combat engineer equipment along with ARSB infantry forces. More C-214s landed at Minot Air Force Base and Grand Forks Air Force base, both to be renovated and remodeled as ARSB Air Force bases. Further forces landed in Devil's Lake via C-44 Light Transports to secure Camp Grafton, which will be used as a regional training and command center.

After North Dakota is in full Soviet Bloc control, Soviet Bloc government officials will officially proclaim it as the 20th District of the Armed Republic of Soviet Bloc. It will retain its name, North Dakota, and will be granted semi-autonomy due to its distance from the Soviet Bloc mainland. The capital will be moved from Bismarck to Fargo and two new military bases will be built in the new district. The area, with its 600,000 population, will most likely remain although the ARSB allows any current North Dakota resident to travel or move to the mainland, and vice versa, allowing any mainland resident to move or travel to North Dakota, freely of course.

Our October Alliance allies, North Germania, Layarteb, and Hirgizstan, are allowed free travel through the state's airways, waterways (Red River, Missouri River/Lake Sakakawea), and road-ways or other land routes.
