Ambassadors and other foreign nationals dined with the Grand Archduke and a few Earls(including myself). In Nemnenait Square, people watched a brand new giant lighted clock count down to midnight. At exactly that time cannons fired blanks, fireworks shot into the air, a group of 2500 soldiers all fired blanks into the air. Sirens blared, instruments from hundreds of different countries blasted.

PIcaRDMPCia finds itself approaching the new year with mixed feelings, having suffered terrible losses of life due to terrorism and is now on the eve of war. Still, we are able to find some peace in seeing this new year...perhaps, just perhaps, things will finally look up for us.

The solar cycle of Ghargonia Prime is a full three months longer than that of Earths, but this was one of those rare occasions when the two events coincided. We slaughtered the ritual verkosaur the very moment your first clocks struck 12am.
