Nerotika is extending an alliance to their neighboring nations, Andrehervia, Pushka and Gintonpar. We would like to set up a meeting with your leader. Please repond with your answer and the best time that you can set up a meeting. It would be best to be friends not enemy's seince we are neighbors and all. Also we have made out a alliance contract we would like for you to sign. We will sign any contract of yours.

To be honest, our only interest in the region is the prospect of oil, the access to the sea (for naval bases and trade) and to have a presence in the area to extend our influence. There is not a large population there, we have no immediate political ambition for the area. Basically it is a colony, however we would welcome any moves towards securing peace in the area. Nevertheless we do not wish to be bound by any treaty. A simple honest statement of your intent for the region will suffice.

The alliance is just to secure our position in this region. We dont have land anywhere else so we need to feel safe where we are without worrying that everyone's gunna attack us for resorces or what not. The contract does not need to be signed if you do not wish to. We will also extend trading routs to our allies. We also are not here for personal gain, as you see we do not own land anywhere else other then this. We mearly controle this land because it is closer to our personal allies and it was open at the time.

Although we're not a very close neighbor, we're a neighbor nation of yours. We're on the other side of Gintonpar, east of Finland.

We are interested in signing a non-agression pact with you. We control no other territory than our holdings in west Russia, and we have a rather strong military for defence purpose.

We're already allied with Cotland, another neighbor nation of ours.

I am not particularly interested in an alliance with the other nations mentioned, so the furthest I would go is the signing of a Non-Aggression pact with the aforesaid nations. However I would like to discuss a potential alliance with Baltic Karelia, as our ambitions in the area look Westwards, rather than East.

Regarding the original alliance talked about in this thread, I'm only interested in an non-agression pact, like Gintonpar. However, with you Gintonpar, I'm ready to take the alliance a step further, to a mutual defense alliance. Look at the thread where Baltic Karelia and Cotland signed such an alliance (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=382056). What do you say about something like that?

Yes, that'll be great. From now on we're allied. You have unlimited access to the widened Baltic (White Sea) Canal (tell me if you haven't seen that thread).

You maybe want to have a base in St. Petersburg, or one of the islands outside St. Petersburg in the Gulf of Finland?

Excellent, you will of course have full access to our trade routes, will be allowed to travel freely through our airspace. I suggest a joint naval exercise in the seas North of Russia as we both have a naval presence there. We have the Russian Fleet present in those waters under Vice-Admiral The Lord Kirby. The fleet consists of:

1 Coronado Class Command Ship
1 Kusnetsov Class Carrier loaded with 16 Yak-141 "Freestyle", 12 K Model Su-27 "Flanker", 18 Ka-27 Helix A ASW and 18 KA-27 Helix C Utility/SAR

Regarding military bases, I would be happy to set one up in the Gulf of Finland. Maybe you would wish to set one up in Mexico for a taste of combat in a warmer climate? Or one in the Rocky's where we could train you in mountain warfare? We would be very grateful if you would share your expertise with us of arctic warfare. Our troops do need training in that type of warfare as we now have a presence in arctic provinces.

The Prince and Parliament have both given signified their pleasure at our alliance and hope that it will foretell a glorious future for both of our nations.
