The Rubber Band Man

In order to raise money for The Dominion of The Rubber Band Man's coffers a new military air craft and missile systems with fewer moving parts and cheaper materials with no lack in durability or speed have been created and manufactured by the leading Aircraft Manufacturers in the region Wonderbar-Nichtstein Industries with government funds. These Air Superiority Fighters have been designated the RBMA-167Fz and have gone through extensive testing, being able to reach a speed of Mach 3.56 and be loaded one and a half times the ammunition of an SU-37. The Reason it can carry such a heavy payload and still be so light and fast is the ingenious rocket design, Shaped charges meant to blow the enemy fighter in half up the middle, these are lighter and smaller as they are meant to cut not obliterate.
Lead Scientist Erwin Adamska Nelwitter Says:
" We were stumped until we realized, why blow the whole plane up with a heavy weapon when we could disable it with a small one? This changed our whole perspective on fighter technologies."
There is only one problem however...
These missiles and a 18MM Vulcan Cannon are the only weapons the aircraft may carry making it almost useless against Ground Buildings and Heavy Armour.
Project Liaison Wallace Heidlbrocht says:
"In terms of production cost you could build 3 of these incredible planes for the cost of two obsolete ones."
For Test Reasons One Squadron of these fighter craft have been readied with top notch RBM Air Guardian Pilots and have been put on stand by for other nations' use. If a suitable deal is to arise they would be Lent to another nation and their combat statistics observed over a period of operations.
The Offer of These Planes and Munitions Has been put "on the table".
If the test shows good signs and we can move on to mass production a mercenary force will be created for other nations use on a contractual basis.
