Not bad for your first shot.

But where is your equipment for your soldiers? What tanks, artillery, APCs, do you use?

Try organizing your military into divisions, it makes things a lot easier.

If you want to incorporate some ideas from my RCT Organization into yours feel free to do it. I'd try and maintain a small, well supplied force at your size. Worry about building a large military when you have more power fiancially and have a higher population.
