Today, Provost-General Thoma of the Concordiat declared that any space-faring nation hostile to a smaller, weaker nation without provocation will have to fight Concordiat forces. If the move, however, does not seem imperialist in nature to the Concordiat, then the incident will be ignored. However, when an imperialist nation or movement is found undertaking operations against a free people, the military of the Concordiat WILL resist their efforts.
The Provost-General concluded his speech with the words "IMPERIALISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! FREEDOM TO THOSE WHO WISH IT!"
