IC: Present Day Comatica has detained almost 50,000 Communist war criminals, and, like one previous thread, we are selling 40,000 of them.

50,000 people are hard to detain, and harder to find a sufficient space for them. So, we will keep 10,000 of them for questioning and torture, and 40,000 will be sold to you!

Prisoners: 38,100

Prices:

500 prisoners: 7,000
250 prisoners: 3,000

This may be true as SRoR's CP is much different from the rebels in your nation but selling them off is not the solution. If any solution it should be a trial in your nation or an international trial for their crimes which will give them rightful punishments fitting their crimes.

But the Imperial Senate, and I (Emperor Lucius) feel that we should deal with them personally. And some nations that buy them give them good homes or make them citizens. You could buy some, and teach them your ideals, and your idea on Communism, and perhaps make them citizens? Hmm this is true that some nations (besides RB the anti-communist) give them good homes and SRoR would do the same but the buying of such a small number would not have much of an effect on the number of rebels detained in your nation.
