A group Definately not a secret supernatural laboritory of the Skittletopian goverment (ssh sssh) has recently created what can only be discribed as a breakthrough in the realms of nusiance and psy-ops warfare. Using a modified version of the exact process by which vampires are made from humans (which we, I mean, the non governmental lab, refuse to make public) it is now possible to create swarms of vampiric frogs.
The frogs are incapable of turning aught but their own species into vampires, but are capable of feeding from, and inflicting painful bites on humans.
We are selling the frogs at £10,000 GB per 100, (bearing in mind that each frog is capable of infecting numerous other frogs when introduced to the ecosystem of the target nation) with a break of 5,000 per 100 @ 1,000 frogs.
