Employee of Research and Development stumbled upon new weapon. At 0342, transmitter emitted range between 38 Hz and 74 Hz. Terminals in B3, covered by Faraday Cages, were ruined. Researcher, named Darryl Laronda, has agreed to be transferred to Mil. Request allocation of funds to replace damaged equipment.

OOC: Not new to NS (or RL)*, but enjoy.

*-faraday cages are generally 'tuned' to only nuclear-generated EMPs...any other EMP generating device can be somewhat easily tuned to another frequency.
