Due to threats facing the people of Kahta, I have decided to abandon the island of Kahta and its surrounding area, and bring most of the people, and their possesions to New Kahta, an area of North America, that encompasses Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Minnesota. This area is home to plentiful amounts of resources, and abundant land. In the coming days I will publish maps, showing the planned development of the area.

Stage 1 of the move:

Move 10,000,000 construction workers to begin construction of runways throughout New Kahta, and the construction of housing, to allow more people to move there. During the move:
-- Quickly reopen new businesses, so that there is employment.
-- Open up manufacturing plants to produce equipment
-- Organize incoming people based by skills into labor platoons of 100.

Currently population is going up by 1 million per day, as government construction contracts are shut down, and the jobs are moved to New Kahta

If you wish, they can be under your command until the move is complete, just use our pilots. I also hear you are facing potential threats, we may equip them with chaff and flare countermeasures if you wish."

"One thing to note is that our 747's and 777's are militarized, they can be refueled inflight."
