After some consideration, the power of these weapons, combined with their cost, leads me to wish to purchase a large quantity to arm our soldiers; we're in the process of upgrading our military to fight terrorism both on the ground and from space, since we've been attacked several times by the Real ALM. These weapons clearly are very worthy of purchase. We would like to purchase 45,000 plasma pistols with coolent upgrade at a cost of 9,450,000 dollars, as well as 30,000 plasma rifles with coolent upgrade at a cost of 10,800,000 dollars. Finally, we would like an additional 5,000 plasma rifles with a grenade launcher upgrade at a cost of 2,000,000 dollars. Final cost is 22,250,000 dollars. We will wire the funds to you as soon as we recieve shipments of the weapons. Thank you.

We are baffled why anyone would desire a bio-plasma weapon. The only biological plasma that springs to mind is also known as blood plasma ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_plasma). While this is a valuable medical resource, we are entirely uncertain how a weapon firing it would harm an enemy.

OOC: I think when he says plasma he's referring to an energy form, perhaps generated bilogically. Basically, it's a weapon that's between modern and future tech, I believe.

Simple. Times the cost for the pistol and the rifle each by 1 million,or add the original cost up 1 million times.

Atoms without electrons arent protons... atoms without electrons do consist of protons and neutrons. Plasma isnt hot because it's plasma, it's plasma because it's hot. In order to get the electrons to leave their shells you need to heat something up to such a degree that they have sufficient energy to do so. Therefore plasma is extremely hot. If it wasnt, it wouldnt be plasma. That's also what allows you to contain them with magnetic fields.

But it's NOT energy. It's matter. It doesnt contain electrons, it doesnt consist of protons. It's hot, but it isnt 'energy'. Now yes, let us stop.
