The Republic of Feazanthia is seeking to reestablish diplomatic ties with its former allies and establish ties with the current powers of the modern world. There are currently three blocks of empty embassy space near the capitol building in Feazanthia City.

Artitsa has formally apologized (I can get you the link) and a new man is in power. Dimitri Milosvaji. In accordance with this apology, $1.5 Trillion has been set aside for humanitarian debts and reconstructive efforts. Artitsa would like to establish an embassy within your nation. The $1.5 Trillion is by no means the last of what we will be sending in monetary aide.

Isselmere, however, shall be greeted with open arms. A diplomat shall be sent to Isselmere, and the embassy land nearest to the capital shall be set aside for the Isselmere envoy.

The Protectorate of Angelico welcomes your nation into the international arena, and desires to make the following offer:
1) Exchange of embassy facilities. The government of the guest nation will be provided with one of our four-story, spacious and modern embassy facilities in our capital's 'Embassy Row'. These buildings, under construction now on the banks of the Iskur river, are equipped with the modern communications and security systems that modern diplomatic missions demand. We will also offer a similar, but smaller, consular facility in our coastal industrial port city of Varna.
2) Nation in Good Standing trade status. Reduced or eliminated tarriffs, extended rights to guest nation corporations within Protectorate borders.
3) Military non-aggression treaty. This can, upon a period of negotiation, result in a mutual defense pact.
4) Cultural exchange. Citizens of guest nation shall be welcomed in Angelican universities, hospitals, and other facilities, enjoying the same rights as Angelican citizens. In case of legal trouble, guest nation citizens can be extradited to guest nation courts, on the condition that similar rights be extended in the trial process.
