The size is deffinetly good. Typically people here like the armed forces to be a total of 5% of the total pop.

My suggestion: Get a few more MBTs. Your economy's not horrible so I think you can mount a few (Russian equipment's typically cheap anyway and upgrades are easy to find, RL-wise atleast if not here). The same goes with HMMVWs as well as other vehicles.

Aircraft wise I'd suggest getting a few: Maybe a squadron or two of MiG21s.

Overall, you did better than good and if you were interested you could actually expand it. Course, I suddenly wonder how many players here actually have logistics counted within their militaries for some odd reason.

I must agree with NSR. You have done very well in the size of your deployments and the fact you asked for help shows a lot of potential.

You probably want to expand your infantry a little and have some more armour.

Also, make sure you clarify your support departments, use a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio of support to combat. Clarify your logistical systems and you'll be fine.

Also remeber to split up your forces into the different types such as Artillery, Engineering, Officers, Communication etc.

Not many nations on here really clarify their logistics as NSR said get a march on them by doing so :) (I deliberately have a slightly crap logistical system but hey it's fun :P)

Remeber you can produce stuff yourself... but buying from the various storefront is good too. Also I suggust you outline your Military Heads.

If your new to free form military RPing I suggust you once you've built you're military have an 'practice' closed RP with an experienced nation... don't worry about size most of the big guys will go easy on you.

If you're stuck for partners i'll commit one of my legions to having a 'practice' RP with you.

Your order is confirmed. With that, the vehicles will be loaded and in transit within the coming hours.

Also, we are transferring 1,000,000 back out of good will.

Very good overall, but there are a few things that could use some tweaking.

First, and most notably, the personnel numbers for the navy and air force are too low. There should be about 5000 air force personnel, and 2500 naval personnel given the units listed.

Beyond that, the navy and air force are very poorly balanced. In both cases, you have far more heavy units that you shouldn't even have with a force that size than you do of the more efficient lighter ones. The air force, most notably, needs fighters. Those bombers shouldn't even be considered before you have a solid fighter force. There's a reason why the number of nations that have feilded heavy bombers in the past 50 years can be counted on your fingers.
The navy is similar. Cruisers are very large ships that are usually reserved for very large navies. They're about as rare in a nation's inventory as heavy bombers are, and for a good reason. A small navy like that should be limited to coastal defense, with a few missile boats and corvettes, and maybe a frigate or two. It could also have a small number of diesel-electric or AIP submarines as well, but shouldn't even have a full destroyer, let alone a cruiser.

To expand on CSJ's post about your air force, if I were you I would drop the specialist bombers/fighters and instead just have a multi-role fighters, which can perform fighting and bombing capabilities to an adequate station. Once you get quite of a reasonable size (say about 200-400 mil) then you can start thinking about force differentation and the inclusion of more specialised arms such as the Heavy Bomber, Aerial Platforms, Interceptor etc.

Oh in your airforce I suggust you acquire some UAV's they are reasonably cheap and act as vital aerial recon for your forces and can have a slight tank busting ability. They are very economical all round...
Ailati
31-12-2004, 13:31
My military has 100,000 Ailati Guard. We have our own native tongue that i usually use in my regional boards, but i'll leave it out of here.

These soldiers wear combat boots and fatigues tainted to whatever the environment is. Man made booby traps are being stock piled, also ak-47's and other easily made low-design weaponry we have been making.

We have all different types of specialty troops, but the bulk are pretty basic. There is no need to expand our troop numbers, and rogue villages (in low quantity) are being smashed each and every day and military bases are put in place and that is how we punish traitor villages that wish to break away from Ailati.

But other than that we use many civilian vehicles to take care of security measures and such.

Any good shop will surely come in handy. If you wish to sell us designs or donations for a better long-term friendship might also be a possibility.

TG us please!
