Samtonia is proud to announce, in response to the blatant idiocy and inherent hypocriticalness on the behalf of both Kahta and Decisive Action, as well as their ally in the matter of naval exercises held three miles off the coast of Sevaris, that Axis Nova and Samtonia plan to engage in a naval training exercise three miles off the coast of Mississippian territorial claims.

The ships will not be using live rounds, but it is strongly urged all foreign and domestic vessels not participating steer clear of the training area.

This has been a friendly Samtonian warning to any and all nations affected by this exercise. We suggest DA not attempt to stop the vessels- any hostile actions will be seen as a declaration of war by DA upon Samtonia and all her allies.

I ignore Axis Nova, and since he is a main player in this thread, I'll just ignore it if he participates. Also, Samtonia, aren't you the guy who claimed all those islands in Earth II without even RPing them? (If so, I think I ignore you as well)

You are quite the font of humor. Now kindly stop. You deign to threaten us? The day you actually scare us in any way, shape, or form is the day we take your thoughts as sane and rational. Until then, your whining will have no effect upon our foreign policy.

Now get something straight, all you Mississippians. We will proceed with the exercise, we will do whatever the hell we want munitions-wise, and we can and will do this 3 miles from your coastline.

If you want to try to overfly us, go right ahead. However, Field Marshal Dalton doesn’t take too kindly to aircraft or vessels he views as threats. So be warned. If you fly planes above our feet, bring ships next to our fleet, or attempt to intercede in the exercise, it will be seen as a declaration of war.

Keep your planes at least 5 km. from our vessels in all directions and nowhere above our fleet in its airspace at any time. Keep your ships at least 5 km. away as well. Any intrusion into this space will be met with the most force possible. Remember, although we may be using blank rounds to fire at our ally Axis Nova, some live rounds could accidentally slip into the guns when you come near us.

So be warned, Mississippi! Your craven threats scare us not, your pathetic military inspires no fear, and your nervous bluster inspires no feelings of pity. We have no qualms about utterly destroying you and we can and will should it come to war. Have a nice day.

Annotated Orders issued to Samtonian 12th Fleet

Addendum A.
Any and all foreign vessels and/or aircraft intruding within the airspace of the fleet or a 5km. zone around the fleet will be seen as hostile. Weapons are to be released at that time.

Addendum B.
Any and all Mississippian vessels and aircraft, private or commercial, will be seen to be violating Addendum A in the same manner as military vessels and should be dealt with accordingly.

Addendum C.
Appropriate commanders are authorized to retaliate totally should ICBM or WMD attack occur upon fleet. No authorization necessary, as per Directive 6265. Order code beta, should necessity arise.

And you WILL be glassed by no less then half a dozen allies, as well as your ally Decisive Action. If you really want to help them, stay out puny ones. Otherwise, there'll be mushroom clouds over both your nations. and that's if we enter Mississippi's waters? Get real. And kindly sod off. Decisive Action, we suggest you reign in your all-too-eager allies. Any attack on us by them of the WMD variety will be viewed as having been orchestrated by both themselves and you. Call it a "moving" deterrant if you will. You work to prevent them from using their loose nukes, you and us can survive safe, happy, and sound. You don't and no one survives.

We hope that our policy in this matter convinces you to turn back your less then sane allies.

[OOC-Who cares if it was he only instance. It happened against me. Now maybe I'm a self-centered prig, but I just can't forgive that. Against someone else, sure. But me- well, I just can't. He broke the trust that I was giving him by RPing.
