Ever since the New Vuhifell revolution 14 years ago where the 5 States of The Vuhifellian States were founded, terrorist organizations and Stalinist Communists are unfortunately again targeting our island continent/nation. The state of Greykan was the starting point of the New Vuhifell Revolution, the New Vuhifell Civil War, the Vuhifellian terrorist lockdown, and The Old Vuhifell Revolution...

This State has been ravaged by wars since the founding of The oringinal Vuhifell over 65 years ago.

Recent Sattellite photos have revieled the remains of some old military complexes being reactivated and also a number of digging materials at the site of the MEGALITH missile silo, buried under 1/2 of dirt after the recent war. Not only that but MIG fighter jets, not used by the Vuhifellian Military since the days of old, have been seen flying regular missions over the Federal Capital of New Hivez and also the Southern State capital of Comberth...

If Greykan and its corrupt state government sides with the terrorists and supplies it with the weapons and supplies of the 16 National Elite Black Guard Armories there, the result would be a full scale Land, Sea, Air, and Space war.

Due to the number of casualties this would cause I would like to call on a few nations to help in recon. missions over Greykan's capital of Shellfish Falls, if the terrorists were to launch a strike, the place they would oringinate from is the three military bases surrounding Shellfish Falls....

If our fears come true I would also like to call on nations to aid us in the fight against a corrupt, powerful, and clever enemy.

We do not have much to offer sence our military is undergoing a remilitarization but we can offer you a large force of our best elite infintry division's and elite armor battalions. We have the 41st Elite Infintry Division consisting of 15,000 light assault troops, 3,000 heavy assault troops, 800 anti-tank troops and 200 snipers. Our 12th amor battalion consistes of 300 TH-301 heavy assault tanks, 150 armor transport vehicles, 240 armored hummer's and 5,000 crew marines.

Three E-3 Hawkeyes have been given patrol routes so as to monitor airial activity. Between the three, we won't miss much. Also, our U-2 squadron can pull three of it's planes from there current duties to servey these bases.

And if you'll allow it, we would deploy three operatives from the black out fit "55" to perform ground reconisences, along with finding out information on the commanders of these bases.

Ok a deal it is, just tell me where you want them taken too. As for a trade and military alliance it can be done, the military force bill will go to the government in 1 day(1 Hour) If passed Hamanistan Forces will move in. As for the trade it can be done but we will have to look over some stuff first.

The bill has passed and was deemed valid to help prevent massive lose of life. At your command and if you want them Hamanistan Forces will be ready and sent into your nation under the command of General Glenn Danzig. These Forces will be made up of:

Thank You for the Military Support that your nation has provided however, if our forces are to engage in combat with Elite Black Guard equipment, then you MUST strictly adhere to the procedures listed below:

-It is Priority 1 that in any combat situation that if you encounter any Elite Black Guard equipment that you not destroy their power systems as they are the core to our advanced military. You will be able to identify the equipment if the Weapon/Armor is completly Black with the Elite Symbol:

If the equipment is completly Black and has the symbol retreat and let The Vuhifellian Class-C Assault Troops handle the situation.

-You must not kill any civilians in and around Greykan's 4 major cities unless they are carrying a gun or other sort of weapon, knives excluded unless they use it.

-We don't plan on having our Bases destroyed, if we do assault and military facilities only take out installations you deam a threat to your men.

-Shellfish Falls is a prohibited area to you and your troops, do not enter Greykan's capital unless told so by New Hivez Supremem Military Command or The President.

-Under your generals orders, our Air Force will have our Dropships pick up and deliver any special forces troops to a designated LZ. If you attempt to drop these troops behind enemy lines in any other craft besides our dropships, there is a poissbility that Greykan terrorist forces may shoot it down and not only use it to get the nessessary parts to build their own dropship, but that our systems are completly integrated into their pilots vital systems. Basically if our dropships are shot down and their pilots killed the dropships parts will shut down due to their electronic dependency.

-If all conflicts have been resolved your troops can use any Vuhifellian Bases in the outlying islands off the coast of our Continent Nation and the islands off the coast of our Region Mainland

Amgardia Wimbleton has agreed to aid in the conflict as relief for the injured and downtrodden on both sides of conflict.

However, a warning is issued. If any soldiers or relief workers are injured or killed in the line of fire, Amgardia Wimbleton will immediately withdrawl all support from the nation and avoid any further political contact.

However, for the time being, 2000 relief workers and 6000 ground troops are en route. Expect arrival within 10-12 days.

I can agree to all but 1 of those:

I'd prefer to airdrop my troops in via C-150 Gunships while the gunships own anything on the ground in our LZ. Also I'd like premission to use any airspace above your nation. The Air Force is inbound for the military bases to land and set up supply lines and arm for raids. The C-150's will first go to the AFB's then let the troops rest then we will move in if you allow us to drop our own men. Cargo ships are loading ground vechiles as we speach and will be inbound within a day(1 Hour) After all our forces have arrived we will start the first assualts and air raids. Civilians killed by air strikes will happen but we will try and keep this to a all time low.

We warn that Hamanistan should not employ rash tactics. Reminder is made repeatedly in debates by Amgardian politicians that this is a CIVIL war, and not a grab-bag for blood or military training exercise.

The Naval Forces are siting 45 miles of the coast of TVS waiting for orders to start the assualt. As soon as TVS gets back to us we will start the assualts.

To Hamanistan Air Force your bombing runs have been cleared by command you are authorized to enter airspace over Shellfish Falls cleared for takeoff as soon as you enter the runway. Also F-35 Robin TVS Fighters will accompany your bombers to the target zone, if any trouble goes down these fighters should be able to take out just about everythng except the most advanced aircraft. Also Elite Black Guard Dropships will be entering Shellfish Falls airspace after your bombing is completed, once you see the dropships RTB and if you have any bombs left use them on the Border Guard Base on the border between Greykan and Comona, if this base is destroyed ground casualties will decrease dramatically.
