OOC: How do YOU view Witzgall?

I'm curious to see how people view my Empire. Currently, Witzgall is at war with Euroslavia.
In the past, we have made new weaponry for sale, went to war on several occasions, have held diplomatic talks in our nation to keep neutrality, and many other things.
We have seen action in many conflicts, and have a massive military. Currently an oppressive and corrupt Dictatorship which runs 3+ nations which in the past we have conquered through military might and force.
I am curious as to see whether or not I am a respected member in the community, if some of you have even heard of me, and how else you view my nation (IC and OOC, please post both.)

I get into conflicts and sometimes win...although I have lost quite a few.
And the people who I have conquered usually were my RL friends looking for some fun.

I wouldn't like you IC for being a dictatorship, but I don't think we had any run-ins IC or OOC.
