Slavic Nations Agreement [Earth II]

We are all Slavic peoples of one great land. So why should we be separate while in other parts of the world nations unite and prosper?
I say we shouldn't! Let us unite and join hands in alliance that would be a foundation for our future prosperity.
I propse that we remove trading tarifs between our nations, to encourage trade in our region, so we wouldn't have to be reliant on over regions and we would be self-sufficient.
I propose that we remove visa controll and allow citizens of our nations to travel our great land freely. Of course the borders will be open only for those who have citizenship in one of the nations that participates in this alligence.
I propose that we help each other in times of both peace and war.
I propose that we create a commitee made up of officials from every nation involved in our Agreement, in order to make sure that every one will prosper.
We are awaiting your respons, Slavs, we hope that our nations can meet the future standing strong, together.

Cotland is ready to agree on most points. However, we find the second proposal to be unacceptable (the one regarding the removal of visa control), since it could be used by terrorists and other criminals claiming to be citizens of nations in the agreement as a mean of entering our land. We are open for the rest of the proposals, especially after having fought and bleed alongside the Pushkan soldiers in the Pushkan Campaign.
We await further replies.
Once commitee is created points in this treaty can be changed by the comitee.
We also await for furter replies and thank Cotland for joining this alligence.

You go to Earth II Revization thread (do a search for it. And then you claim land on the russian territory. send a telegram to Layarteb for more info.

no not really, i wanna claim some land too once i have bigger population, this treaty is for those who were owned land in Russia, before the creation of this treaty.
The Roman Empire- which has two protectorates in Russia (the Caucasus and the Altai Republic)- is interested in joining, and suggests that the second article be amended to instituting a pan-Russian citizenship (OOC: like the European Union).
OOC: You may want to start a telegramming campaign letting Earth II nations know about this. It'd be a lot more effective than bumping this up all the time.

The Empire of Layarteb thanks the government of Pushka for the invitation to join this agreement but we are not a slavic nation nor do we feel this alliance respresents any interests of the EOL.
Cotland thanks for the invitation, but is not interrested for the moment. That may change though, so I'd like to hold my options open for now.

On the surface this appears to be a good alliance, however we are concerned over the issue of visa control and open borders. Although we know the governments in this alliance have no plots against each other, one can never be to careful. We will consider joining if this article is removed.

Subject: Slavic Nations Agreement
While I and my inner circle are interested in this Agreement, as we own the Oblasts of Orenburg and Saratov and would like to improve relations with Russian countries, there are two issues which we must bring to light:
1) We are a Germanic-Scandinavian race.
2) The removal of visa control is unacceptable to us.
If the fact that our race is not Slavic is not a problem, and that visa control be allowed in Orenburg and Saratov, we would be more than happy to sign this agreement.
