The Nuholland military is in desperate need for an overhaul, our tactics, training, and equipment are all outdated. We have been saving up for years now, and are putting out a request to foreign nations to help us rebuild our armed forces. We need infantry equipment, light vehicles (utility, armoured, logistics) heavy armour, artillery, helicopters, and aircraft. After several years of saving up funds we are prepared to spend in excess of $500 billion to rebuild the fighting forces.

Presently, the Nuholland military uses chinese semi-automatic Type-56, type 59 tanks, and a small number of old chinese APCs.

Perhaps we should have been a little more specific, we do not wish to go pouring through databases of equipment available, we were looking more for a prebuilt package that we could invest in, and military personnel to help train our own troops, and perhaps engineering and technical assistance in establishing factories to produce spare parts, munitions and etc.

In order to prepare an appropriate package for your military, we have several questions that we need to have answered:

1) What is the current size, in manpower, of each branch, and what would be the desired size after modernization?

2) What are the exact roles of the military? Is it offensive in nature? Defensive? A garrison force (OOC: protects against internal threats)? A combination? Does it provide disaster relief? Etc

3) What is your projected annual defense budget? We need to know what you could afford to maintain.
