Tujima

Given the recent creation of tightened steel, a compound formed when liquid steel is mixed with titanium and cooled very quickly, the Emperor of Tujima ordered the material be put to use in his country's military.
After much development, the best metalurgists in Tujima were able to construct what has been deemed by the government as "The Cold Wind".

This sword measures approximately forty two inches in length, weighs roughly four pounds, and is sharpened to a razor edge on both sides. The handle is made from folded steel and varies in weight throughout so as to give the sword perfect balance. Due to this balance, the weapon may be used effectively from almost any fighting position, and may even be used as a javeline or throwing knife by a skilled soldier.
Initial durability testing has led the government to claim this weapon to be "unbreakable", but in actuality it is simply very resistant to pressure and weight.
Emperor Maximoto has ordered the manufacture of over three thousand of the weapons, to be used among the ranks of his Imperial Guards, Tujima's primary fighting force. However, since these weapons are assembled by hand and are of such high quality, production will be somewhat slow. Final implementation should be completed within nine months.
