Defense Council Speaker: We put 20 billion dollars into creation of our new training program. Our soldiers (infantry) both conscript and professional, will be trained at a Military Base on Novaya Zemlya island. They will receive a total of 1 year of training during which they will learn how to operate every kind of Pushkan technology, plus some technologies from other nations. They will be tought many martial arts including kung fu, karate, and sambo. They will be trained to achieve their maximum training potential and of course there will be a survival school. We will no longer have a semi-professional military, now all of our soldiers will be professionals. After they completed their one year course, conscripts will serve another 4 years in the military before becoming civilians or choosing to continue and become officers.

Our pilots will receive 2378 hours of training a year. Thats on both simulators and actual live simulations.

Our navy personnel will be receiving to years in a military institute, receving the knowledge needed for their specialization. After that they serve for 6 more years and then become citizens, or continue and become officers. This way we will have officers who are not only experienced with books but also seen real combat.

Also we would apreciate if you gave us some of your weapons so we can train to use them. We are ready to return the favor and give you prototypes of our weapons so your troops can use them to train as well.

Very well. They will be greeted by Cottish officers at Bignshiny International Airport outside Cotlandstad when they arrive. Training start at 0600 on January 5th. We look forward to exchanging men.

We will be happy to help you set up your own program similar to ours, after the first year of our program is completed (year in NS is a day in RL, so tommorowish), has been tested for effectiveness and we have more experts in the field of training. What other programs would you like to discuss?

They have been found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The only thing i require is that they are all executed within a one year span, and that my Police Captain, be present during these scenerios to ensure death, along with an official coranor. I suggest $2,500 per executee, but i am flexable. I await your response
