I have questions. First, what manner of material are these crafts made of and what weaponry do they 'boast' to justify such an incredibly low cost? There is no information given on these ships, and why you would sell military technology escapes me.

Another question. If these ships have seen no active service, how do we, or anyone else know, that they don't really stink? A being would have to be foolish to buy untested military technology sight-unseen.

So? When I had 1 billion people, my standing modern-tech navy only possessed 789 vessels, with very few large capital ships.
