Due to the nature of our military government, unfortunately the only staff stationed at the facility will be military personnel. Although all the personnel there will have been subjected to basic training and thus be capable of serving in combat, only 34 of them, as per your requirements, will be Colonial Infantrymen. Only enough armaments and equipment will be available for 35 personnel to be armed at any one time (34 Infantrymen + emergency combat gear for base commander). Normally, we would establish a joint embassy/full military base, however, your regulations are quite clear and for this reason we will make a compromise on this occasion.

Ah good. I will make the necessary arrangements, and instruct a unit of Colonial Infantry to ensure the security of your embassy. Due to the fact that you have placed limits on the number of armed personnel permitted to be stationed at our respective embassies, I shall make sure your own embassy is as close to one of our military bases as possible, for the protection of your personnel.

I would, however, recommend that you permanently station the maximum number of guards as your own regulations permit, as our own troops will not be able to set foot inside the confines of your plot. As I explained to another national representative quite recently, there is a degree of danger in establishing an embassy here, from a terrorist organisation intent on destabilising our government. Although the danger is almost none-existent, it is better to be safe than sorry.
