The newly formed Allied States of Catachan Legions would like to extend its alliances to any nations of Imperial Guard serving the Emperor and only the Emperor. We are preparing our complete military which makes up of a very large percentage of our population to strike the forces of Khaos wherever they may roam.
OOC: Yeah, I dont know what the 40K scene is like on NS, so if anyone knows please explain.
well the basic low down, allainces i know of are:
The AoN
The CCA (Catachan Chaos Alliance)
thats about it, the CCA is new the AoN is old (ment to be powerful but only a few members are ever active), nether is "loyal to the Emperor" since the idea of the Emperor cant be done as Sol is generaly accepted as nutral space and houses all of the modarn tech/post modarn/ and a few future tech nations. Also general rules is that 5% of your pop is trained milltary (includeing logistics) and anything up to 10% is untrained/poorly trained milltia (includeing Logistics) anything above that is pushing it.
Ooc> Corpsac: Well, the correct statement would be, only a few nations actively participate in "AoN offencive operations." Several other nations are active, just in their own affairs. Lol, the last time the entire AoN was all in one thread was the last time our core was threatened. Anyways, the AoN would be happy to have you. All that we require is a general tolerance. We accept Xenos and even some rather evil nations. However, we are probobly the most prestigious WH40 focused alliance around. (We're not entirely WH40k, but most of our nations use that tech)
