The Majestics are a group of underground, incredibly wealthy persons, who run many governments via means of a shadow government.
This morning, they authorized a covert operation under the guise of a standard criminal operation to hack into many world banks in many countries, stealing huge sums of cash. This was to be done via means of computer espionage, bribes, blackmail, threats, etc.
