Sel Appa is sending soldiers to guard the area until it is colonized. We are now offering packages of land for any families who move to this new land.

An acre of land is estimated at US$425,000. All prices are in the Sel Appa Dollar. Exchange rate here (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?region=Confederation_of_Gamers&nation=sel_appa). An acre in Sel Appa is averaged at SA$1,800,000.

Regulations: (Sel Appa law does not permit private transfers of land larger than 640 acres. Only 640 acres may be traded privately per person per year. Any amount of land may be sold to the government. Total privately owned land cannot exceed 4 sq mi. Larger plots may be purchased only by companies, governments, and organizations. We will not allow red tide to take all of this land for themselves. We shall share this endevor if Sel Appa does not sell us the 800sq miles... make that 1600 sq miles

No one person/family can own more than 4 sq mi. of land in Sel Appa. No Corporation, Organization, or Government can own more than 16 sq mi. in Sel Appa.

Any land bought doesn't mean you can can go parade your military there. Only non-violent purposes(resorts, farms, safaris, etc). Although taxes are extracted if you establish a farm there.

All land found will still belong to Sel Appa, but you can develop it. Sel Appa can confiscate any land at any time, but a seizure warrant signed by three judges must be provided.

I will now post acknowledged claims in my first post. If you think you have a justified purchase, please post again.

That is not god mode, also we planned to establish a new nation on the land for a place to send those who would prefer to live outside of communism...not establish a nuke field....and we only planned to have a small naval bas eon the lands to protect those that chose to go to this land

We will have security there. Only our allies can establish a military base here.
