The ethnic region in Sel Appa known as Eniarku has submitted a request for autonomy. Autonomy basically makes them a seperate state. But, they still have to pay an annual tax to Sel Appa. They can have one non-voting member in the House of Earls. They will be able to declare war separately from us. They can trade seperately from us.

Eniarku is a very socialist region by the way.

The HoE is reviewing their request.

The request for autonomy has been approved. It will take place on Jan 1, 2005.

The USSCT would like congradulate Eniarku for their speration from Sel Appa and will help them in any way possiable and is willing to set up trade with Eniarku.
