Military auction/sale!!!

The Cottish fleet has met with several draw-backs. The loss of many of it's ports and lowered navy spending just to mention a few. Therefore, it is with great sorrow that the Cottish Ministry of Defence announce that we will sell the following ships in favor of a submarine fleet:

190 Abyss class destroyers* (worth $570 billion) [SOLD]
70 Cossack class escort frigates* (worth $70 billion) [SOLD]
50 Oliver H. Perry class frigates (worth $37,5 billion) [SOLD]
5 Iowa class battleships(worth $1 billion) [SOLD]
5 Razgriz class aircraft carriers* (worth $15 billion) [SOLD]
50 Seeker class patrol frigates* (worth $60 billion) [SOLD]
4 Whidbey Island class assault ships (worth $600 million) [SOLD]

All the ships are as good as new, and most of them are.

This is an auction/sale, so who ever bids the most within a reasonable amount of time, gets it. If I get a wish from someone to pay for a set quantitiy of ships, I'll most likely sell them.
