Gathering a crowd in the desert commune of Newport City in Xenizen Xinjiang, and taping it for the world to see, "Shogun" Kimiko Ayasugi addressed a crowd of people in Japanese school uniforms (black army outfits for men and girls in muted sailor suits), brandishing an RPG-7.

"Fellow Otakus! The elections in have proven that the ballot is no way to secure our rights. The recent vote, controlled by the haters, has been used to defeat us. Will we submit to more years of humilitation!? I think not!"

"John Locke said that men form governments to defend their rights, and that men have the right to overthrow their governments should they prove unresponsive and tyrannical. The Government of Gordon Lew has proved itself to be as such. It has used the tyranny of the majority to deny us otakus the right to defend our way of life. Now, we must take up arms, since they have given us no other choice."

"There are those who would say we must continue to use the ballot, that revolt is not the way. But they are cowards, and they are wrong, and fail to see that recent vote is ample proof. They are to be executed. They are to be purged, for they pose a threat to our way.
