Several large explosions completely destroyed. the major highways of the cities of New Holandisburg, Vrened, and Bailey during the morning rush hour, killing several hundred thousand people in the process. Eyewitnesses report that the explosions almost seemed nuclear in strength. President Matt Carpenter immediately issued this statement on the subject, through tear filled eyes: "I am...extremely appauled that anyone would commit such a deed upon our nation. I promise you here and now that the criminals responsible for this act will be brought to justice. I am immediately calling upon the international community to provide aid for this disaster."
Already, numerous theories are circulating about the reasons for the attack, the most popular being a radical statement against the space program.
