The Imperial Empire of Imperial Ionia requires a nuclear deterrant in order to safe-guard our new Empire from Democratic and Communist which are looking to destroy us from all directions. If we do not have the nuclear deterrant then there is now ay we can ensure our sovereignty. THerefore we beg the nuclear powers of the world to provide us with the weaponary we require for our own protection. It will be used wisely.

An Intercontinental Ballistic Missile costs but a few million per year to maintain, correct? I agree, this is a strain on our economy but other military units can be cut in order to ensure the presents of our deterrant - a far more powerful defence!

If, however, the latter, we would be more than happy to extend your nation into the cover of our laser satallite system.

Be assured that this system is completely accurate and has allowed us to completely abandon our nuclear weapons in favor of using the warheads for different means, such as powering starships.

The Fascist States of New Exeter applauds the nation of PIcaRDMPCia for their efforts in protecting a smaller nation from the evils of Communist aggressors' nuclear weapons.

As New Exeter is a prime exporter of fissionable Uranium, once Imperial Ionia discovers, or purchases, more efficent methods of nuclear power or even weapons delivary systems, we shall consider trade of this prescious metal.

Navy to Bloackade Imperial Ionia

Today People's Spokesperson Ameen Zahir announced that the Halladi Navy will blockade Imperial Ionia to prevent uranium to be traded to Ionia. With reports of nuclear weapons in the hands of the Ionian government, the government hopes to stop the production or delivery of more warheads. Spokesperson Zahir has said, "They've already insulted us, killed innocent Halladi's, tryed build nuclear weapons, and managed to get protection from other nations. We will not allow them to create nuclear warheads."

PIcaRDMPCia will join in this blockcade; we protect but we do not allow nuclear missiles to be fired, as our laser defense system will fire upon any nuclear missle launched from Ionia as well as towards Ionia. We hope that this action will encourage the beginnings of trade again with Hallad.
