The Supreme Chancellor of Hiroshiko has decided to open the planet up to other space-faring civilizations across the universe.
"We implore other space-faring civilizations to attend a peaceful conference and discuss about possible pacts. Though our civilization has explored the depths of space for about a century, the Hiroshikan peoples believe that we are ready to form allies with other civilizations.
