Cease Fire in place, Southeast USA falls into chaos.
The Chancellor had arrived on the West Pacific carrier in an unarmed Helicopter, escorted by 2 large men in black suits. They were also unarmed. Southeastern USA Media helicopters would circle the carrier awaiting permission to land and get ground crews to the scene of the negotiations.
Ambassador Deed, and the majority of the Conservative Coalition party officals would, however, remain in Jackson City for a press conference for the public. A peaceful protest had been organized outside of the court building that the press conference was to take place in, but was scattered by the National Guard and Elite Decha Knights who were on the scene.
Ambassador Deed: Ladies and Gentlemen, the cease fire with the West Pacific is in full effect, but we are to remain on high alert. Some parts of the nation will be put under martial law for the time being. All citizens are to listen and obey the government, and/or those representing the government. If not, that said citizen will be jailed... or worse. Evacuations are taking place as we speak, and Concentration Camps will be used to house those citizens being evacuated.
