As King of Kahta, I come to tell you that the miltary is going to be expanded by 75 Armored Divisions, 30 Paratrooper divisions, 50 Mechanized Divisions, 5 12 hour RR paratrooper divisions, 10 72 Hour RR Mechanized divisions, 300 Reserve Divisions...

"It seems Kahta is up to something. They are expanding their military. Orders?" Orbez asked.

"Watch them, but don't interfere. As long as we have no reason to get involved, we won't," Enigma said.

Unlikely. Kahta is just another nation that likes to throw it's weight around.

OOC: Aug 2003 vs. Feb 2004? Unless Kahta can't RP worth anything or has a military the size of a walnut before this upgrade, he'd have a very good chance of winning. So, yes, Kahta can definitely win.

But, please, let's stick to IC.

IC:

"Sir, we've got reports now on how much they are increasing and what areas. Looks like a rather large increase. You sure we should do nothing?" Orbez asked.

"Yes. Now stop monitoring them. Unless they attack someone we are allied with, we shouldn't interfere," Enigma said.

I challenge your nation to fight my nation. 1 vs 1.

OOC:Considering Kahtas rather large military-which means less advanced weaponry for his army...(and Axis Novas advanced weaponry) I am not to sure of the outcome... anyway how big does this upgrade make your military?(in manpower?)

No dice. If you want my nation, come attack it-- from what I've seen, you only pick on small new nations that don't have a chance of successfully repelling you.

OOC: FLAME WAR!

*rushes to watch

IC:
"FLAME WAR" cried a Lapse minor official
everyone in the nation gathered around to watch

OOC: It makes it about 25 million men. I can afford a large technologically advanced army because my population is almost 3 billion.

OOC:JEEZ LOW EEZ! Despite your size I must say... That sized army is a logistic nightmare... Are those combat soldiers only or total? If its total it might be possible to support that(my armed forces are 15 million TOTAL!(more than half of which is logistic personnel)). If its combat soldiers only... NO FUGGING WAY! Not even a 3.5 billion+ nation could support that. You have to consider this. Every soldier consumes food, water, ammunation, and(in the case of mechanized and armored troops) oil. That costs a HELL of alot. Then you have to factor in the cost of transporting those goods to the front lines... and providing goods to your logistics personnel... and those maintence costs take away from the money you can spend on advanced weapons.
