Peoples Soviet Union Constitution
-The Revolutionary Soviet Union shall be renamed the People's Soviet Union.
-As of 25th December, a Parliament shall be elected. This shall be 500 citizens, not involved in other government subsidiaries. Dmitri Brezhnev shall be the head of the People's Parliament.
-Dmitri Brezhnev shall be primary Head of State, while Josef Dorsal shall be the secondary Head of State.
-both head of states and the Cabinet may remain, but any decisions they make have to be decided on by the People's Parliament.
-The Act of Nazi Justice will remain under military control.
-The Defend Motherland! Act will remain under control of the Military.
[the Defend Motherland! Act gives the military the power to do anything, absolutely anything, they want, to destroy the invaders]

The first act passed 500-0 by Parliament was to redistribute food to every single Soviet citizen. Giant mobilisations by distribution detachments filled the country with railroads, trucks, and airplanes, delivering food to every village and every suburb of the PSUH.
The second act, passed 489-9-2 by Parliament was to Retain National Resources for the Use of The Hogsweatian People. This meant that every single transaction made by the former government was void. Null. This also meant that the government would retain it's own stock in it's Resources and it would not be dominated by foreign powers. A message was sent out to every nation owning shares..
"No longer do we live in oppression under your Capitalist regimes. Today, Hogsweat is a free country, free of exploitists that wish to meddle in -our- affairs. You can have your dirty money back - because we have something much more. We have our freedom and our dignity."
