The International Fleet offers you an official invite to join our union of space program focused nationstates. Our primary mission is to secure space for the peaceful manned exploration that all of humanity has the right to.

We invite you to entertain the minimal requirements of joining the International Fleet.

1 - A small incharacter tax on your gdp, net trade surplus, defense spending and government waste apropriations.
2 - The agreement to use space solely for scientific purposes - this includes but it not limited to dismantaling any spaceborne weapons programs not dedicated solely to the defense of your faccilities, and an agreement not to develope, sale, or aid another nation in the developement of offensive spaceborne weapons systems.
That is it.

If you can agree and are accepted in the International Fleet you will fall under the protection of a wellfunded defense force with global reach. We can virutally Garuantee your security even if you reduce your defense spending to nothing.
And most importantly you will join a union dedicated to a robust manned space exploration and colonization program you will be able to help in mission designs and in the methods of establishing the colonies of the future.
Your university system will have complete and free access to the Orbital Institutes of Technology of Luna I and the Democratic Union of Asia @ Gateway Station.

[OOC = Sorry about the copy and paste Greater Beijing - I was going to add this to the constitution when I seen this post.

He's only just built his first space station Luna. Give him a chance to perpetuate on his own for a little while.

Luna, I thank you for your even considering my nation to be a member of your wonderful Interstellar community. However, my nation has been wading knee deep in the vast ocean that is space so we would like to have a little time to learn to swim for the moment. The ISS 01 is available for use by any and all members of your alliance for refueling and shore leave purposes; there is only one restriction on access, all ship weapons must be disabled and no scanning is to be done on the internal structure of the station. We hope you can understand the security risks involved with non-compliance of these requests.
Thanks again for your consideration.

Um… Your space station has a really small mass and crew for something that big (i.e. inferred from picture and number of decks (37, wtf!)). What exactly is your space station’s dimensions? And please do change the name, the International Space Station is very, very misleading, as it denotes an international effort, while in reality, you are the only nation that has funded the project.

We've gotten membernations join us with a fledgling national airlines and no space program to mention off of the ground literally as members of the International Fleet - we accept nationstates at various levels of capacity.

Your achievemnt here speak to us about your dedication to space exploration - so the invite was extended

Interstellar Community? You are mistaken most of our assets are in Geosynch Earth Orbit and the moon - with smaller but stable research and mining colonies else where in the solar system.

[OOC = we only roleplay in the limited near future tech world between 2020 and 2100 at the furthest.]

We invite you to check us out and reconceder.

youre right the ring itself looks like 37 decks - the thing looks immense - if you gave me the diameter of the main structure and the diameter of the internal station I might be able to give you an estimate of the internal docking space - should make for an interesting figure of volume. No doubt larger than the old airship hangers of the 1930s.
