Decisive Action

"Greetings world, this is Doctor and CEO, Dieter Thaller. Are you tired of pesky citizens that claim, "I know my rights" always citing some outdated so-called constitution, or some bogus bill of rights? Do you need forces to be ready to institute martial law at the drop of a hat. If so, then Thaller Security Industries and their partners in the National Emergency Management Agency, have just the program for you... We'll train your armed forces, secret police, and other loyal forces in ways to maximize their efficiency and help them keep law and order."
(Cut to video footage in Mississippi of Thaller private security and NEMA agents without badge numbers or identification patches hauling people off into trucks)
One of the peasants was shouting, twisting, and kicking as two NEMA agents carried him towards a truck, "Hey, I have rights! The constitution guarantees our rights! You're not even real police, what is your badge number! Get off me, get off me! God no, get off me.... You can't do this, I'm a Mississippian, we have rights! Please, you can't take our guns, you bastards!"
(Back to Dieter) "What you just saw was just a training exercise designed to make your soldiers comfortable to hearing a variety of slurs and references to outdated and worthless documents, and then finally pleas and lastly insults. Soldiers that take part in the ongoing programs will train at least three times a month for at least twelve hours per session, in what a domestic terrorist is, how to handle fighting domestic terrorists, and what exactly it means to have rights and the weight of national security against those so-called rights."
(Cut back to footage of SRG "Operation Police Relief" where over fifty thousand SRG soldiers were deployed in massive "Joint-training" with police to help with "Domestic Drug Interdiction Task Forces" (It should be noted, less than 1/10th of % is believe to be actively using illegal drugs, but the Curtis regime government, in 1996 called this "An epidemic" and created the DDITF, which almost immediately resembled a quasi-military police state force with armored vehicles, agents in tactical armor, no badge numbers, covered up ID patches on uniforms, secret warrants, secret arrests)
12 SRG from Operation Police Relief can be seen running into the front door and two front windows of a large mansion, seconds after they're blown up with charges. They were officially acting on a private tip that the owner, a known anti-government activist without any prior police record, was involved in drug trafficking.
After searching his house for six hours and causing over twenty-five thousand in damages, which later in court they contend was "Like that when we got there" several police cars arrived and masked men admitting bringing duffle bags into the mansion, stating "They contained chemical agents to help look for drug residue so we could trace it back to the master stash." Within an hour of the arrival of the masked agents, over one thousand pounds of cocaine was found throughout the estate.
The man pled not-guilty but was later convicted in a trial using secret evidence under an obscure sub-section of the "Crime Fighting Act of 1995" which narrowly passed approval in the Federal Cabinet and Supreme Federal Court just after a major terrorist attack against a government federal building, the bill, which had been brought up in 1994, well before the attack, had failed horribly, but after the attack, it was passed nearly immediately)
(Back to Dieter) "And our boys are more than willing to train with foreign soldiers for joint-readiness... Here you can see foreign soldiers from anonymous countries training alongside the MSAAS for possible shutting down of freeway interchanges, takeovers of civilian airfields, and setting up refugee camps on short notice."
(Cut to footage of a squad of paracommandos rushing across a street, they are not wearing national insignia, either that or it has been covered up, some of them are shouting in English, others in Afrikaans. Across the street a squad of marine commandos are covering their advance, a few shout in broken English, most are shouting in Spanish." One of the marines has a barely visible Argentine flag patch that is mostly covered
One of the soldiers seeing a civilian (government hired actor to RP a role of civilian) walking down the street with an AK-47 in his hands. Immediately half the squad train their guns on him and start shouting in Spanish, the civilian looks at them, dumbfounded, and is immediately "cut down" by the "bullets" (advanced laser tag system)
(Back to Dieter) "As you can see, our forces are more than willing to train friendly foreign governments, we will even protect your privacy. Contact us now to learn about how your soldiers can start their training."
(Cut to black helicopters, non-Mississippian design, flying through the air, no national markings are visible, behind them are two Mi-24s with Mississippian markings partially painted over. One of the helicopters is circling over a sheriff's station as the rest are moving into position. Commandos, presumably foreign from the languages they're shouting in, land on the roof of the station and begin a drill to seize it, althoug it will come as a shock to the sheriff and the deputies, as they were not informed beforehand. When asked what was going on, one of the NEMA commanders outside the building had only this to say, "Training for FOREIGN operations, other than that, no comment." When asked if the training was for domestic operations, for use against Mississippian civilians, he had only this to say, "Foreign only, other than that, no comment." When casually and politely asked, "Hey, I didn't catch your badge number and your name... What were they again?" He spat on the ground in front of the reporter and shook his masked head, "That's because I didn't give them..." he then grew hostile and demanded, "I want that tape." When told, "Sir this is live" he drew a pistol and started shouting, "Get out of here, now! This is a military operation, you are probably guilty of espionage!"
The reporter and the cameraman retreated to a safe distance and continued to film as the NEMA agents, a team of Argentine and white Namibian commandos, removed all weapons from the police station and setup their own operations command post inside the building, all part of training for "Foreign" operation)
