Everyone that plays NationStates.net knows about its FFRP (Free-Form RolePlay) and how confusing it can be if nations seem to overlap on RL (Real) territories and borders. So before the Earth Series was created, Truitt and Yuke got to work on a totally new world, planet if you will. Most would say "This is not Earth, so it would be Future Tech with Modern Tech in use!" But that is wrong. The NS World is the RL World with many added islands and continents that the users have created.
So, with many views on how people RP and what they like to see in the world, I myself drew up the rough draft of Farbini (Pronoused far-BEE-nee), the new RP map for a whole new experiance. In this continent alliances will be made, wars will be fought, and conquests to conquer the whole map will begin.
With this new map are some rules to make sure no one gets offended or anything. Rules will be added as the map gets more nations and porpossed here. First however, are the countries drawn and named by your's truely. Thier capitals, to make it easy to remember, are the names of the nation and the word "City" put at the end. Example for Kain, its capital will be Kain City. The location of the capital is up the owner since in RL capitals move also.
An example of small nations are Tun, Zuva, and Scarland. Medium nations are West Monia, In'a, or Surakan. Large nations are like Central Hussia, West Yukto Efrikaa, and Kigaria.
South Laken
South Laken is the largest Continent on the map. It has the most nations broken into smaller sections than any other continent.
North Laken
North Laken is a little more spread out evenly with mostly Fair-sized nations. There are still a few Medium-sized nations and a single large nation.
Sarss
Sarss is where most of the explorations began, as in Europe. There are many small nations and a few large nations that are broken down into medium-sized nations.
Efrikaa
Efrikaa has the most large nations in the whole map. Mainly made up of low resources besides gold and silver that keeps them stable, only two large nations are broken into sections.
Altiss
Altiss was the last of expansion by the Sarss nations and shows in its large sizes that are generously divided. There are a lot of nations however, dispite the size of the large nations.
Osea Sector
Osea is a different thing than anything else. Technically Efrikaa, Altiss, and South Laken have Osea split into three, but most will refer to Osea as Osea Sector. This is seen by the Osean Sea. There are only five countries in Osea. North Osean Islands, South Osean Islands, Emeraldia, New Deutschland, and Frozenland. In land mass, they are nothing but islands, but in ocean, they have the most than any other nation. Many also consider the Transocean Canal as an Osean nation, even if it is a small province.
All of Osea is classed under Medium but most will count as Large. Some exceptions exist to this rule.
The difference is that a claim to Osea means you can only have one nation due to the widespread uniqueness. Larger nations that qualify for Large Nations can claim two. Nations that qualify for three medium nations or more will be allowed extra nations as long as it is in Altiss or South Laken.
Key and Configurations
Based on your population now, you can tell how many of what nations you can have. All orders are given, and some exceptions can be given if asked so. If you expand into a neighborring nation, you can not say "I have Tong Du," if you are at 130 million population and have West So'yay. It simply will not make any sense and unless you make a RP showing how you came in and how you can handle it, it will not be granted. If someone is there, a good ol' diplomatic meeting or war can solve the problem.

301-499 million Population gets 1 Medium Claim
500-800 million Population gets 2 Medium Claims
801-1 billion Population gets 1 Large Claim

1.501-2.000 billion Population gets 1 Large Claim and 2 Medium Claims
2.001-2.300 billion Population gets 1 Large Claim and 3 Medium Claims
2.301 billion Or Larger Gets 2 Large Claims; No More Even for 5 Billion Population
2 Small Claims = 1 Medium Claim
8 Small Claims = 1 Large Claim
4 Medium Claims = 1 Large Claim

Rules - Strictly Enforced
1. No WMD that include nuclear, biological, chemical, or post-modern/future weaponry is allowed. This is to keep RPs clean, fair, modern, and fun. Use of nuclear charged mines that are small are up to the players in the conflict and small doses of chemical weapons such as grenades are up to the players also. 2010-range technology is also accepted in general.
2. Space weaponry like Tungsten rods, lasers, and Kegbombs© are limited to low amounts. Uses in more than eight (8) on a single target is suggested as flamming or godmodding and will be ignored unless permitted by other players in the conflict. Anti-space weapons are also up to the player's choises.
3. To claim more land, you must not say "I claim this land," you must RP your comming into that new land. First claims do not include this, but new claims as you grow are needed proof by RP with detail and explainations. One doubt in the operator's mind and you will not get your new claim. War-gainned claims need a link to the war thread and the former owner of that nation's say so.
4. This is the "Sportsmanship Rule" as some players call it. If you are sucessfully taken over, than please state a new claim you may want on the map and accept your loss. Do not egg on "I want to play revolutions." This is only accepted if preplanned or in that war thread. Also, the new controlee has the final say in your requests to revolt. In revolts it is unlikely that the whole nation will revolt, use fair amounts and no major push like they are fully organized or anything of that nature. Also, do not get mad and stop the RP in the middle becouse you are lossing. Only if all other players agree, may a RP be closed. If the defending nation, or even agressor who is being counter invaded, stops RPing, the areas under attack are put under "Disputed Territories" and will have it set up for claimming if the conflict is not resolved in a month of ignoring or inactivity.
5.Inter-Farbini relations and movements are currently banned and not allowed. However, it is said that once Farbini III comes about, there will be "Sister Worlds" where two maps can intermove and interact. Farbini I and Farbini II is an example, as is Farbini III and Farbini IV. Until then and the offical notice, this is still agenst the rules and ignored if done.
6. Rules of International War are still in act as in RL Earth. Espionage, Genocide, and other illegal acts of war exist in Farbini I.
7. In the case a country is split down the middle after peace, which may happen in imperial conquests and such, the nation will have both side's colors on the correct sides and renamed according if needed (Ie. North Canal will become South North Canal and North Canal in the case that there is a southern and a northern force).
8. NS World (Or "Multiverse") to Farbini World interaction is banned and ignored. "Multiverse" nations can not lease weapons to Farbini nations. They can however, sell thier weapons to Farbini nations, expecially in war time. With large weapons (Large Dreadnaughts, Satellites, and Nation-Built Buildings) a time period of 1 RL Day (1 NS Year) is needed, no matter to actual time. This is after completion, take it as if it is transferring.

These rules only include Farbini I. Other Farbinis may have different rules, depending on needs, any goals, or anything of that nature.
