Here is the list I have with the names of the nations/alliances who have been allied with me over the past year. There are some undoubtedly missing, and there are some who may no longer exist. If your'e name is missing, please addit. If yoy wish to be allied to Xeraph/The Empire of One, please say so here.
I am issung a blanket acceptence for embassy exchange with Xeraph and membership in the Empire of One.
NOTE: this is for non-Islamic nations only. If you are an Islamic nation, you will not be accepted as an ally of Xeraph. If you wish to be part of TEOO, it will have to come up to a vote among the existing members. Xeraph's vote is "NO" in perpetuity. I realize that the majority of Islamic nations may be good, honest players. But Xeraph has twice been attacked by Islamic terrorists, and currently, there are no Arabs/Muslims/Islamic nationals permitted in Xeraphian territory, nor in any segment of Xeraphian society. This may be an unpopular notion, but....too bad.

Yes....these are the nations who allied themselves to Xeraph over the past year. I'm not assuming that allof them want to be part of TEOO, but why they wouldn't, I can't imagine. I am going to keep this on page one so all can see it. There are probably 20-30 more nations who's name should be here...I just can't find the original list.

Being an ally of both a Republic nation and High Sierra is a bit of a contradiction, as one is an enemy of the Galactic Empire and the other is an ally of them.

Yes it is. But as I said, I think a few of them, maybe as many as 20, may no longer be players. And I'm not exactly sure if the nations who were allied to Xeraph still want to be. I'm sure It will level out over the next few days.

Largent: yes, I vaguely remember some kind of alliance. I will certainly add you to those nations allied with Xeraph, and would ask you to consider becoming part of The Empire Of One, a "mega-alliance" comprised of approx 60-70 nations. (See Thread about TEOO).

Borman, it has come to my attention that you are a member of RWC, who is currently making noise about attacking NWO and TEOO members. If this is true, then we need to talk. Xeraph and numerous other nations have resigned from RWC, and it will not be pretty if they attack us.
Please consider resigning from RWC, as they are a losing proposition.

All of the above nations have 1 AirBase and 1 Naval Base in their territory.

Cyprus is the base for the Knights Templar.

The Grey Phoenix, Jarridia, and ViZion also have Xeraphian ground forces in their territories, as does Crossman and TBD.

TBD has all of the above, plus a Xeraphian Sub Base.

sure...the more info available, the better. I'm working on an extensive map myself, of Xeraph and the island-continent it's on. Xeraph currently shares the continent with the Empire of Crossman, now that VL has taken off to the stars. When Cross and I finally get together, we will come up with a detailed map of who's in possession of what. Preliminary info: the continent is named AON. It is roughly the shape of present-day Africa, but half again the size.
Xeraph is in possession of approx 2/3 of the continent, with Crossman having the other third. However, it must be noted that Xeraph is granting to Crossman 1/3 of it's holdings in order to create an equality in territory.

Further info will be forthcoming.

Actually, Xeraph and a couple of choice allies have recently put down a rebellion in the southern portion of the Empire. Other than that, the only other news is the continued expansion of Xeraph's Space program. We ahve established ourselves in the Typhon Expanse, ndromeda Galaxy. Of the 660-odd inhabitable planets i the system, we have settled 4 of them, with settlements planned for 6 more. Our Space Fleet continues to grow: 17 new vessels were added to the fleet, bringing to 183 the total number of Royal Xeraphian Ships.

Hell Rebellions, democracy movements...civil rights assemblies...hoolignas you name it. It is very difficult to run a good Empire these days. Ohh a space program that sounds very interesting. Our space program is not very far developed. We have some satelites and a launching side. That's it.

My advise for a space program is to go slowly. One of the worst things you can do is rush your program. Do some research on planetary climates, existing FT, types of space vessals, AI stuff, etc. I've been developing Xeraph's program for almost a year.

I don't actually think Iuthia is in any official alliances with Xeraph, the only alliances we are part of are the Non-Democratic Alliance and a partially with the VERITAS treaty, the rest as independ nation-nation alliances, none of which we rebember were specifically with Xeraph as we have little information on the nation and generally have no real reason for being allied.

We're very cautious with our choice of allies, we may concider Xeraph to be a friendly nation, but not an ally. Of course, what how you classify Iuthia is down to you, it's just we don't concider ourselves allied.

Many apologies. I wouldn't have included Iuthia if I hadn't had some reference to our being allied, but perhaps it was "back in the day" before the new JOLT server. Many alliances have come and gone in that time, and perhaps it was a case of you being allied to someone I was allied to, and we were in a situation together.
In any case, I officially invite Iuthia to open diplomatic channels, perhaps with the future option of becoming allied in both a trade mode and/or a military mode. Xeraph has many allies, all of which have embassies in the capitol of Xeraphia. We have one for Iuthia, if you so desire.

We have an embassy in your nation, as you have an embassy in our nation (according to our records (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=313410)). So the basic diplomatic channels are already there, however besides that we already have a reasonable amount of trade with various other nations, assisted by various trade agreements such as KIST... this doesn't mean we aren't open to trade (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=308944) though many of these nations already have established a place in our markets so you would have competition should you wish to trade.

Meanwhile, we feel we are okay for allies at this point in time, so we aren't looking to join any more alliances, though we will keep an open mind for the future.
