OOC: Whoa! Did you read the section of my post that advises LOGICAL PURCHASING? The US only has 50 Peacemakers and you want 1000?!?

IC: Unfortunately, we must deny your purchase. There is no way that your juvenile nation has the fiscal fortitude to make such an enormous purchase. We will gladly sell you missiles, just in smaller quantity.

IC: We are currently spending NTD$274,772,837,566 or USD$464,366,095,486 on an almost non-existent military force. Surely there is no way our nation can not afford this purchase; it afterall amounts to only about 20% of the sum we have prepared for building up our armed forces this year. Perhaps you can clarify on what smaller quantity refers to.

OOC: Err..... Okay, I didn't know that.

OOC: I'm starting to think that maybe my military budget is USD$287,502,618,270 rather than NTD$287,502,618,270.......

Anyway, I just realized that the Peacemaker was introduced at a time where the U.S. stop trying to stockpile enough nukes to destroy the USSR a hundred times..... So there is no reason why the Republic of Taiwanese Islands can't pursue a nuclear policy akin to that of the United States when under the Eisenhower administration, right?

Would it be possible to purchase missles that are absent of their warheads? We are looking for cheap space vehicles to help piece together the last of our Space Station, Aurora.

The Peacemaker is a RL design, so you can just build them yourself in your own factories. Plus your defence budget is here, using figures from NS: http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/?nation=taiwanese_islands It clearly shows that you afford them over a large enough time frame.
