Today the union announced its plans to form a Democratic alliance,.. there are many things to be said first off , this alliance will not be a warmongering alliance like a lot of other ones we will be a peaceful one dedicated, to human rights and freedom around the world but if necessary, we will intervene in other nations affairs . We will provide defense to other member nations and help to them when they need it , this alliance will be based on, ideals long forgotten by people in this world .

1): No nation shall engage in terrorist activity’s , genocidal conduct or endorse the oppression or, destruction of people or there homes

2): All member nations are required to have some sort of electoral process ,or be a democracy.

3) No nation must oppress or otherwise obstruct any political ideology they don’t agree with

4) All nations must have freedom of the press,


5) no nation must oppress or otherwise obstruct any religious organization’s or freedom of speech , expression .


6) All nations must meet the required level of human rights set out by our human rights charter


7)All nations must give aid to follow members, military or otherwise, however economic aid must be met with agreed adjustments, to improve the economy in question

8) Trade , and economic embargos must be supported by all members , aid will be given to those under an embargo.

12)The citizens have a right to a fair trail.

13) Citizens are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court.

14) No citizen can be unlawfully detained unless it is deemed to be contrary in the interest if the public and the state.

As a benevolent dictator, I had some problems with what you put. I am pointing these out not to spite you, but rather to help you improve and to remove some ambiguity.

What about if the religion likes to kidnap babies and take out their hearts? The state still cannot deal with them?

Who will provide this education? Assuming taxation is a type of slavery, since you work for the money and the money goes to the government involuntarily, of course. Will magical pixies provide the education? A noble notion, but someone must be forced by the government to provide someone else with an education.

What about consenual child labor?

I'm not nit picking, I just think if there's a communist nation it's not technically a Democratic alliance, so I think the name should be revised.

In response If the issue with point number "5" religion is kidnapping babies and killing them, then they are commiting two crimes, however we can understand why you raise the point and will make it clearer in future.

I don't think any state can seriously make a point that tax is a form of slavery and the DDA doesn't reconise it as such, so that is not an issue.


10)Child labour. Children should stay children for aslong as possible (and part of childhood is having an education) children wouldn't make the choice by themselves, however We will consider re-drafting this because I think that 10 years old is a bit too young for children, might move it up to 16 and 18. I will put it up for member vote.

It will be something like Child Labour is illegal until the age of 16 for part-time and 18 full time. However time limits can be put on children working below the age of 16 who want employment.

Factions with "democratic" in their name aren't usually democratic. Deutsche Democratische Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Democratic Defence Alliance, etc :p

[OOC: WTF? We are not communist, its a name we use because we are a communist party, we are a social democracy on the path to socialism and then true democracy and communism. Also, socialism and communism are both economic systems, seperate from democracy. In socialism in communism, democracy can exist. You need to read up on some Marxist philosophy, and stop looking at the Leninist model.
