HRH The Sultan of Hashimia has issued a decree, which declares a message of peace for those who want it, and a message of chastiment for those who are against it.

He emphasises a need for all Freedom loving states to unify in this cause and challenge those states who do not promote such harmonious ethics.

The Sultan calls upon all those states to stand up and be counted, if they agree that their should be an International CRACKDOWN on corruption and evil by Rogue states.
