The U.S.S.E. is now seeking to expand relations with foreign nations. For years, we have kept to ourselves, but we are now looking beyond our borders. We wish to begin diplomatic relationships with any & all nations interested.

First, let us tell you a bit about our little nation. We are a generally peaceful, compassionate people. Us here at the U.S.S.E value civil rights and equality for all. As well, we are strong supporters of Socialism.

We'd like to find nations that share our values of liberty, equality, and Socialism.
