OOC:Basically, I want to commence an RP where the Empire intends to annex Turkey. So if you are reading this, currently claim Turkey and are up for an RP then state that fact so we can arrange something.

2) Find his RL claims thread
3) TG the person who owns whatever you want to annex.

Due to two main reasons:
1) I want to start something ASAP and find that the process you suggest takes too long.
2) Through experience I've found that this way provides quicker and more fruitful results.
