It was a Cold Winters Morning in the Capital of Dr_Twist Barracuda (Sofia) Bulgaria, Within the Bulgarian Empire, The people of the Empire were waking up from there night sleep, we now zoom into the Gluster Family, this is the normal Family of four, two Parents and two Children, The family woke up as they normally do at 8am in the Morning to get ready for work and School. The mother cooks the family breakfast as the family gets ready and moves to the Kitchen Table for Breakfast. The mother begins serving Breakfast as she does the Father turns the Television on, as he does he sees what the emergency broadcast is. The Broadcast is yet to explain what is going on, however all they see is the 11 Members of the Senate with General Nomad yelling at each other about what is happening in Dr_Twist at this time, The family sits down and watches what is going on to try and understand what could be Happening, At that time it Struck the Gluster family, they are discussion war and Mobilization within Dr_Twist itself.
General Nomad: This Nation must mobilize and Prepare for the possible up coming War/Wars in Europe, this Nation must build its Military and infrastructure to Defend Europe as a Whole from Foreign enemies at all Cost to our Great Nation.
Senate Member Kirk: We must be careful within this Nation, we saw what the Cold War did to us and our Allies around the Globe, It gave us Access to the most advanced weapons on Gods earth, But at what cost AT WHAT COST!
Senate Member Franklin (Brother of General Franklin): This Nation must Be prepared to Defend its Citizens with its Allies around the Globe, even if it was Preemptive Strikes, We must be prepared on all Levels for the Defense of this Nation and its People.
Senate Member General Yuri: I must Echo those Responses expressed by General Nomad and Franklin on this Issue, we Must be Prepared in all areas for the defense of this great nation and its allies around the Globe.
Senate Member Maikinen (Only living Relative of the Royal Family) : I must Protest, We should become a more defensive and Isolationist Nation, War brings no good to the World, however to an extend I do Agree we must be Prepared for the Future.
The Speaker of the Senate asks the 11 Members of the Senate (General Nomad is not a Member of the Senate) to vote on the Issue at Hand. As such the Members of the Senate vote in there respective opinions. Three votes ageists one member abstained and seven votes for preparing Dr_Twist Militarily for the Future.
As such the new Resolution past, Includes the Expansion of Freeways around Dr_Twist (Like the Autobahn in Germany) The Expansions are designed to carry more Supplies at faster speeds down Dr_Twist Freeways around the Nation. This along will make Supply lines faster and require less People to Help in Supply lines. Dr_Twist National Freeway System will now be called the European Freeway System (EFS), This System will be Pitched to Allied Nations in Europe to get them to Join the Project.
The Dr_Twist Rail System is to be also increased to allow more Trains to flow across the network with Smaller Problems to other Trains on the Network, Railway lines to Vizion Euroslarvia and Russian Forces are to be tripled over the Next 3 Years to help in increasing supply line Capacity.
Major Airports around the Nation will grow by Nearly two Times the Size they are now to Hold More and Larger Cargo planes from Foreign and allied Nations, 12 New Airports will be Build around the Nation to help expand capacity within those Areas.
National Ports around the Nation are to be expanded to hold More Naval and Cargo Vessels from Allies and Foreign Nations, This will also include the Construction of 5 Artificial inland Lakes Capable of holding Large Fleets with Defenses, Theses will also Contain Ports and Shipyards for Shipping Repairs. Shipyards around the Nation will expand to hold nearly two times there Capacity, This is to build and repair an ever expanding Dr_Twist Fleet. The Dr_Twist Government has Announced that it will nearly Double the Size of its National Naval Forces.
The Army will begin development of new Personnel Defensive Systems for troops, This will be up for tender for Nations around the World.
The National Guard will Expand massively over the Coming Years (The National Guard is a Volunteer Organization within Dr_Twist that Requires the Members to Participate in Army Approved Activities once a Month, These Men only exist for the Defense of Dr_Twist when Invaded. They have nothing to do with any other Population Defensive Systems in Dr_Twist.
The Air force will begin Construction of two new Planes, a Fighter plane and a Long Range Bomb, Theses will also be up for Tender for Nations to Bid on.
