International Letter Sent to the International Community
All International Parties,
I have began a project to dearm the Emerald Shield Defencive Missle Network and System's most powerful weapon, the Nuclear Missle Sector, or Emerald Shield - Mission 1. As of today, the first nuclear missle is being taken apart and all others will be also. The warheads are, at least. The caseings will be filled with explosia-based warheads to keep up Emerald Shield - Mission 3's operation in the Defencive Network.

The nuclear warheads will be sold, all 12,000 of them, to the highest offer given and pending a background check on them. The price will be set at a mere 45 billion USD.

Now, to replace the nuclear role in Emerald Shield - Mission 1, a new weapon was needed. It is set at a not-so-ground-implaced weapon. A tungsten rod-equipped satellite system will be placed in orbit. A projected five of them for now with protector systems under development to protect themselves.

Now, the Emerald Shield - Mission 4 slot has been open since Biological WMD have been disbanded. Lasers used for shooting down other missles and aircraft have been tested and use successfully, so a large expansion on the systems will be planted on the main islands of Farway, Windsong, Portshire, and Emerald Islands. Dugahh, Tango Line Chain, and Farway Chain Islands will not be equipped with the Emerald Shield - Mission 4 System.

Emerald Shield - Mission 1
Tungsten rod-equipped satellites with defencive systems internally. Classified and still under design and construction.
Emerald Shield - Mission 2
ICBMs equipped with Anti-Radiation warheaded missles

ICBMs equipped with Explosia-based warheaded missles
Emerald Shield - Mission 4
Laser systems. Further information classified. Roughly 40% of system is operational

Message From Presidente Jewitt

Today is the beginning of Truitt's newest conquest, the beginning of Project: Black Box. Already three satellites of each design have been made. They are Tungsten Rod Firring Satellites, Spy Satellites, Anti-Satellite Satellites, and Weapon Guidance Satellites.

Soon craft will be made to rearm the satellites and thier defencive missle systems due to the lack of constant solar power to manuver away from space junk and possably enemy satellites.

Within a few more years, after the construction of a fleet of space planes and space shuttles, will be the construction of a Federal Space Station. It will be small, defended, and able to act as an armed base if needed, all internal. A constant crew will man it, which will change every month or so, depending.

Now, the United Pysiers is asking for any designners that are experianced in spacecraft that do not use the American Space Shuttle's launching role, but a different, possably more

If anyone cares, we would like our progression observed by current space holders. Thank you.


OOC: I will keep this within 2008-2010 range. I am starting a new project after the space station is built called Project: Infinity where I will make a magentic-projectile launcher on the ground. It will launch cargo and such into the atmosphere where a specially designned space plane will grab it and bring it into orbit, the space station, or to what ever it goes to. Since 1 day = 1 NS year, this should go fairly fast. I am guessing in about 21 RL days this will be done if full research is put in (and becouse of no wars and many peace treadies, this is easily funded from my War Treasury).
Any comments, suggestions, or what ever is greatly appriciated.

Also Witzgall, through an OOC talk you now have the whole nuclear arsenal for the price we agreed appon, including some extra biological weapons I did not mention as extra. Have fun getting invaded! j/k
