As King of Kahta, I proclaim that every house in Kahta must have at least one gun and at least 111 rounds of ammunition.

I applaud your decision. An unarmed civilian is a Subject, while an armed civilan is a Citizen.

We applaud King MacDonald's sensible move. In Parthia we require all Aryan peoples (Persians, Medes, Lors, Gilaki, etc) own a fully automatic weapon and at least three magazines with enough ammunition to fill all magazines.

No no, my illustrious comrade down in supply didn't mean accuracy, although that still would be lacking. He meant psychological conditioning.

Unless you're a trained killer or one seriously screwed up individual, the plateau between shooting an animal and shooting another human is a massive one to bridge. This is why civilians have had a history of bad fighting, unless they are in imminent danger of starvation or death. And unless Pantera or AMF are invading, there's just not that imminent danger- psychologically at least.

So, unless your nation is one of trained killers, your civilians won't be one-one-tenth as effective as an armed soldier. They will have shaky aim, be hesitant about firing, and more esaily miss.

Doesn't matter if they've had a gun in the house- what matters is how efectively psychologically they are with it. And civilians just aren't.

Most people in Kahta will not hesitate to attack if there was an invasion. Thanks to the control of the media by only 3 companies, all of which I secretly control, the people of Kahta think that most foreign countries are going to try to invade Kahta to steal the children into slavery, and steal the women for forced prostitution.

WEll, that may be so, but still besides the point. Killing cannot simply be tought by brainwashing. Proven fact. Only things that go against the fact are Stalingrad and Warsaw. Guesswhat? The soldiers attacking actually did rape and cart off people.

Otherwise, throughout history, no matter the propaganda, no civilian population has ever been able to adequately defend itself. Although if you've somehow found a way around that, I'm sure that my superiors would love to know how.

As for the other intel, well, heady stuff for a mere Colonel. But tell me. What's it like being sole ruler of a country, able to dictate nuclear war or economic treaties? Psychologically stressful? This would be an interesting case study. In fact, with my superiors' persmission, we could establish once and for all a number of stated accusations against both yourself and the leaders of Sevaris. That is, if you'd be up to it.

The people of Kahta are conditioned to violence from a young age, as to the point that they will not hesitate to shoot someone breaking into their house. The people of Kahta love their overnment, and not because they're forced to, but because they love for what I have done for them. This country is in its glory, unseen since the end of WWII when profits from selling weapons to both sides made us rich. This time, properity is without the war.

I do not need a psycological test, thanks for the offer, but my wife helps me relieve the stress.
