Into: The Ottoman Government had always bitterly debating about the outcome of Italy, ever since the Ottoman won the Blood wars and gains control all of Italy from the former Soviet European Union after the war. The Ottomans only annex small part of Italy for themselves and kept the other parts of Italy under a trust ship. Now the Government agreed it was time to decide the final outcome of Italy. The Government it was best give the other half of Italy to Napoleonic Imperium. So the government calls NI government for negotiations on the matter of Italy. The negotiation was to be held in Vatican City, Rome.


The Ottoman Delegation waited in the meeting hall for the Napoleonic side to arrive.

As the doors opened, the Templar lined up as the delegation began to file in. First was the Ottoman Ambassador, Marian LeVitte. He seemed a little overdressed, followed by the Prime Minister, Sophie Marsailles and the three under-ministers, the Domestic Minister Jerry Lewis, the Foreign Minister Raphael Locke, and the Defense Minister Gregorio Ducheski. The came upon their chairs, sitting down, the space between Raphael and Sophie holding three seats. Sophie looked up and spoke a bit aloofly in French, beginning the conference.

"We have come to the Vatican for this delegation. We are not in the best of times, so excuse the slight tardiness of our Majesty."

As she spoke, through the dorrway a limp, sickly, pale man in a full royal regalia was held up by each arm bny two businessmen, Morgan Everett and Stanton Dowd, as they place the man his chair, and sat on each side.

Sophie once again spake.

"The Emperor is in failing healt, so he has appointed two consultants to speak on his half, two men trusted very much by the Emperor, Stanton Dowd, and Mrogan Everett."

The Templars stood behind the Emperor, not speaking, seemingly embaressed to be seen like this. His hair and face was unshaven and unkempt, it looked like he had been through hell, but what was worse was he sallow, pale face.

Seemingly unnerved by the Emperor, the next person to speak was Marian.

"Let's begin, we would like to hear the Ottoman's proposal on the subject of Italy."

"I am from Corsica, and long have I wanted my Sicilian ancestors to join with my nation. I always felt seperated from my Italian kin, so I am glad to see this."

He looked to Locke, exchanging glances that were slightly questionable. Locke gestured his hand, passing the chance to comment. Jerry Lewis gave his signature smile.

"This would be wonderful for the prosperity of the Union, but, is there any sort of, ill effects this may have? I would like to believe this is a completely good willed act of the Ottomans towards us, but I can't help feeling that there is something more."

“There is no ill intent on this offer, we may still be bitter about the blood wars.( they are bitter about NE backing out and just allowing the SEU to sent more troops to the Ottoman front, just costing the Ottoman more life’s in fighting the SEU, the Ottomans lost a extra 1.4 million men to SEU front, do the put out of NE from the war.).Yet this is a token of goodwill from us.” reply Ambassador Dr. Annie Petrovic Romanov

The Prime Minister nodded.

"Is there any sort of lump sum or payment that would need to paid to the trustship or the Khaif?"

Morgan Everett looked slightly alarmed. He whispered in Charle's ear, and he looked up, though he saw Sophie. He ssemed to freeze, and did not speak. However, Stanton Dowd was the one to reply.

"We do not see nations as land to sell. This is more important than that. We would aks the price be dropped to 23 billion. Italy would be divided in provincial colonies, like that of Quebec, Louisiana, and Hispaniola. Would this be acceptable?"

"Agree, the price will lower to 23 billion."reply Ambassador Dr. Annie Petrovic Romanov

Then Ambassador Ivan Petrovic unrolled a map showing what was to become of Italy.

Sophie nodded and smiled.

"Very well. This is to become the colony of Italia, the northern half bordering the OK shall be the province of Milan, while the south shall be named Roma. The islands of Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica shall also be island provinces in the Italia colonial government. An appointed Viceroy of the Emperor and Empress's shall govern and administer the colony, while the seperate colonial provinces administer their own people on a local governmental level as they wish as long as they submit to Union laws. This is how we handle all of our colonies. Agreeable?"

Marian nodded as the delegation stood, save for Charles.

"Because this is agreeable, this conference will be ended. Thank you very much for submitting this proposal."

The Templar heped Charles up and the delegation began to file out.

Grand Empress Elect Sophia give her goodbye to the Ottoman Delegations. She and Assistant Claire Phelps walk toward to Charles.

She ask Marian "What as happen to my husband?"

As Charles was carried off in his delirium, Marian lightly blocked her way. Charles looked to Sophia, his mouth moving unintelligibly. Marian looked at her with a very grim face.

"Empress, your majesty, your husband is in a very weakened state. He is very sick, we cannot let you see him right now. He is, very sick, he needs rest."

He began to lead her down with the rest of the delegation.
