"My fellow nations, please hear me out. Ragnaroks has decided it is time to leave The North Pacific and move to a new region. We hope moving to a new region will allow my nation to develop and prosper better then what it has in The North Pacific. The North Pacific, has gotten boring and we hope moving to an active region will make things more interesting then what it has been for the past few weeks. If you have a region you wish for me to join, please post it in IC form below. But first a few things to point out.
1) I don't want to have to join the UN (already got a UN nation)
2) The region has to be semi-active
